ProLiant/Gen8 - Unable to Collect AHS Logs from the iLO 4

iLO4 또는 IP(Intelligent Provisioning)에서 AHS log를 취합하려 할 때, 아래 메시지와 유사한 메시지와 함께 불가능한 경우 iLO를 초기화 하면 해결할 수 있다.

Active Health System logging has been disabled in hardware (switch/jumper on motherboard).

1. 부팅 중 iLO 메시지가 출력될 때 진입
    "Integrated Lights-Out Advanced press [F8] to configure"
2. File > Set Defaults 선택하여 초기화 진행.


iLO4 will not allow users to run the AHS logs. User needs to reset iLO to get the option.

FIX:The resetting the iLO config BIOS to the factory default settings will fix the issue.

Steps to reset iLO:

1. Reboot the Server.
2. Access the iLO BIOS config Screen by presing F8 (During POST).
3. Reset the iLO to factory default settings.
