1. IML에, 아래 두 메시지 모두 또는 한 가지가 기록됨
- Smart Storage Battery failure (Battery 1). Action: 1. Consult server troubleshooting guide. 2 Gather AHS log and contact Support
- POST Error: 312-HPE Smart Storage Battery 1 Failure - Communication with the battery failed. Its output may not be enabled. Action: Verify battery is properly installed. Refer to user guide. Contact HPE support if condition persists.
2. OS가 응답없음(Unresponsiveness, Hang) 증상을 경험
- 사용 중
- 부팅 시
- 부팅 직 후/로그인 직 후
- iLO 2.4x를 사용하는 Gen9 서버에서 SSB 장애를 오보고/오감지하며, 행 증상을 간헐적으로 경험할 수 있음
- iLO 2.30을 사용하는 경우 증상을 경험하지 않음

Fixed
Addressed an issue where a system that experiences an HPE Smart Storage Battery failure may become unresponsive when configured with iLO Firmware 2.40. Note there is an issue where a system configured with Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) Firmware version 2.40 may experience an intermittent and false HPE Smart Storage Battery failure, logged in the Integrated Management Log (IML). Due to the BIOS issue addressed in this revision, the false HPE Smart Storage Battery failure may result in the system becoming unresponsive. This issue does not impact systems that are not configured with an HPE Smart Storage Battery or systems configured with iLO Firmware 2.30 or earlier. The original version of the release notes for the v2.20 System ROM inadvertently indicated that this issue was addressed when it was not.
