Gen9/강제적인 리부팅 시, 간헐적으로 POST에서 멈춤 현상 경험

증상

비정상 종료(dirty shutdowns)를 포함한 리부팅 시, Cache 검증(초기화) 과정에 Smart Array가 deadlock을 경험하여, 이로 인해 POST 과정에서 응답 없음 현상을 경험 가능

 

Early POST 수행 직 후 POST 시작 단계에서 진행되지 않고 멈춤 

Smart Array가 정상 인식 되기 전 단계임을 확인 가능함.

 

환경

·    Server : HPE ProLiant Gen9

·    HBA : Smart Array Px4x Series, fw v4.02 이하
