증상: iLO Event Log(IEL)에 아래 형태의 메시지 발생
The iLO health monitoring status of the device / adapter located in Embedded Unknown 01 is not responsive.
원인: 일부/특정 장치가 iLO와 통신(상태 정보 전달) 실패를 경험
Note. MCTP(Management Component Transport Protocol)는 관리 목적의 프로토콜로 시스템 운영/서비스에 직접적인 영향을 주지 않음

What: MCTP 재설정
What if / next: 아래 MCTP 재설정 진행 중, MCTP factory reset 관련 메시지가 발생되는 경우, Cold Reboot (전원 Cable 분리 및 3분간 대기 후 재연결) 권장
Perform the following to disable the Management Component Transport Protocol (MCTP)and stop the false caution messages:
a. MCTP 비활성화 및 3분간 대기
iLO Webpage > System Information > Device Inventory
- MCTP Discovery > disable (turn to grey)
- Devices – MCTP > (turn to grey)
b. MCTP 활성화 – turn to green
